Refer to the Calendar on our home page for open days and times. Please stay up-to-date by following our Facebook page and/or Instagram page for most current updates on our open hours and any closures that may arise. We will not be sending or responding to texts/messages to notify you about our open/closed hours.  We request that you be responsible and accessing the resources available to find your answer.

We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible via our social media with any unforseen closures and we thank you for your understanding that we are fully fun by volunteers. 

Please visit our 'Apply Now' Page and submit your application. Our team is fully run by volunteers and reviews applications before distribution begins. You must bring proof of your confirmation approval via screenshot, email, etc. in order to receive your Blessings Box.

Re-apply on our 'Apply Now' Page. Once approved upon correct eligible status, your approval is valid for one year. No further applications should be necessary, keep your approval confirmation in a safe place as that is required eahc visit.

If you are unable to locate that email, reach out via text at 817-885-8508 or arrive in person during open distribution hours, and we can support you.

Please check your email (the one you put in your application) as all new and renewed applications will receive email confirmation of approval, where you may screenshot, take a picture of, or print out that email that will serve as your digital card and proof of approval.

If you did not put down an email or do not have access to that email, feel free to text us at 817-885-8508, and we will support you in recovering your card. Having your card is your responsibility and is required to receive your Blessings Box. 

Please note that any messages received during distribution hours may receive delays in response as our directors and volunteers are actively serving during that time. We highly recommend  that you request support ahead of time.

If you provided your email address on your application, you will receive an email confirmation of approval, or you may receive an email that your application needs more information before you can be approved. There is not a set time frame on how long it takes to receive approval as even our directors are volunteers. You are more than welcome to visit us on distribution days (Tuesdays & Saturdays 12pm-1pm) and confirm your approval when it is your turn in our drive-up line to receive. We do our best to ensure that everyone who comes in qualifies, as we believe it is for a significant reason.

*Time of closing varies dependent on weather, availability of food inventory, availability of volunteer support and any other reason that may cause sudden closure. We suggest you arrive as close to opening time at 12pm on days we are open to receive your Blessings Box.

After you have submitted your application and been approved, you may receive food once per week (once every seven days). That means if your first time receiving your Blessings Box is Saturday, you may come again the following Saturday. If your first time receiving your Blessings Box is Tuesday, the next time you are able to receive is the following Tuesday. Having a set day (consistently coming in on Tuesdays or consistently coming in on Saturdays is the maximum amount of times you are permitted to receive. Please only come in as a visitor once every seven or more days to support us in serving as many people as possible.

We do not require you bring any documents, ID, or passport. Please visit our 'Apply Now' Page and submit your application. We highly recommend you make sure to put your email in your application so that you receive your confirmation of approval as that serves as your 'digital card' (proof of approval) to register to receive groceries - Blessing Box. This confirmation is required each visit.
